Cancellation Policy

Delivery of Products

We will deliver the products to the front door at the relevant delivery address. Payment Terms

If a payment is missed or late, the order may be cancelled or delayed until payment is received. Refunds and returns are handled as per our Refund Policy below. Refund Policy

Product Promotions Policy

Basket Value Offer Policy

Basket Value Offer means if a user orders up to a certain purchase limit, they will receive a specific offer. These offers are subject to a fixed number of coupon limit usage and campaign timeline availability. When a certain number of coupons or the campaign timeline expires, the coupon code will automatically expire. If a certain number of coupons are used before the campaign timeline ends, the offer will also expire automatically.

Basket Value Offer Limitation
